I’ve been practicing in the wellness field for over 40 years and am the CEO of ChayaVeda™ Integrative Healing Arts, providing Ayurveda, Massage and Yoga Therapy education and services, including The ChayaVeda™ School of Yoga, and The ChayaVeda™ Ayurvedic Massage & Bodywork Program, working with groups and individuals to facilitate health and well-being. My mission is to share my experience of the synergies of art, spirit and nature through personalized, root cause Ayurvedic methods that are personalized, holistic and centered in unity, with our relationship to nature and it’s rhythms a core component, resulting in purposeful connections, truths and optimal health and infinite potential.
